With our truck park network, support services and back end technology, keeping your driver, trucks and cargo safe in transit is now stress free!
TTP Limited is a Nigerian technology and infrastructure company specialising in mobility systems, access control, transit hub upgrade and development, and logistics intelligence. We serve a broad range of clients; port terminal operators, federal and state governments, FMCG manufacturers, logistics companies, and freight operators, delivering integrated solutions that bring order, efficiency, and accountability to complex logistics environments.
Our proprietary platform, Ètò, is Nigeria's pioneer electronic truck call-up system. Our managed infrastructure includes the Lilypond Truck Park, a 750-capacity facility in the Apapa economic zone. Our engineering and installation teams have deployed 120 access control barriers, CCTV networks, and radio infrastructure across more than 100 facilities in Lagos Nigeria, and our operational footprint is growing.
TTP is headquartered in Lagos Island, with operations spanning the Apapa and Tin Can Island corridors and an active expansion programme reaching into multiple Nigerian states and the broader West African region.
Our Story
Before 2021, Nigeria's ports corridors were catastrophically gridlocked. Trucks queued for weeks. Bridges blocked for miles. And the damage didn't stop at the port gates, it swallowed the city. Commuters, schoolchildren, small businesses, and emergency vehicles trapped in gridlock that had nothing to do with them. Residents losing hours every day. A city of over twenty million held hostage by a logistics system with no order and no end in sight. Everyone had accepted it. Jama and Ivory Onwubuariri had not. It started on a road through Benin, Edo State in 2016, stuck behind stationary trucks going nowhere. That moment crystallised years of quiet frustration into a single question: what if trucks could be scheduled, gated, and released only when there is space and a confirmed need? They went to Germany and the United States to find out how it was done. They came back with a blueprint.
TTP was incorporated in 2017. By 2018, the Federal Government had selected TTP as one of only three viable companies from 18 entrants in its Economic Recovery and Growth Plan. In 2019, the NPA named TTP as its preferred partner for the Lilypond Truck Park. In 2021, Ètò electronic call-up system launched. Within two weeks, every bridge in the Apapa corridor was clear. Roads moved again. Businesses reopened. The traffic around the ports moved and so did the city around it.
Today TTP serves ports, manufacturers, FMCG companies, and state governments across Nigeria. The expansion beyond Lagos is already underway. Every truck that moves on time, every commuter who gets home before dark, every business that receives its goods without counting the days, that is who TTP was built for. And it was built by Nigerians who refused to accept that disorder was the default.
Vision
To become Africa's most trusted provider of intelligent mobility infrastructure.
Mission
To design, deploy, and manage world-class intelligent mobility infrastructure solutions that bring order to complex logistics environments, creating measurable value for clients, operators, governments, and the communities where we operate.
Our Core Values
Mobility Technology
At the centre of TTP's technology offering is Ètò, managing the scheduling, sequencing, and movement of freight trucks across a network of parks, terminals, ports, and private facilities. The platform has processed over three million truck movements since its 2021 launch, maintaining 100% uptime throughout.
Access Control & Monitoring
TTP designs, deploys, and maintains the physical technology infrastructure governing entry and exit across logistics facilities. Our teams have installed and maintained over 200 access control barriers, 80 CCTV systems, and 50 radio network units across more than 100 facilities in Lagos.
Transit Hub & Truck Park Development
TTP develops and manages smart truck parks and transit hubs built to international standards. Its flagship operation, the Lilypond Truck Park, an NPA-owned asset repurposed by TTP into a 750-truck capacity facility, has processed over 400,000+ trucks in the last 63 months.
Logistics Intelligence & Consulting
More than seven years of traffic data and international benchmarking applied to traffic management design, logistics hub planning, corridor optimisation, and freight policy development, for governments, port authorities, manufacturers, and trade associations.

Speed of Delivery
Many companies offer logistics technology. Others develop physical infrastructure. Very few do both, at operational scale, in a single integrated system. That is TTP's defining position in the market.
Our Technology Business Unit designs and deploys the digital platforms, Ètò, access control systems, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
The result is a company that does not hand off to third parties at the critical intersections.
