TTP Limited is Nigeria's foremost mobility infrastructure company. No. TTP is a private company, an indigenous Nigerian technology and infrastructure business. We work closely with government agencies including the NPA, Nigerian Shippers Council, Lagos State Government, LASTMA, and federal ministries of transportation and trade, but TTP is privately owned and operated.

TTP's primary operational base is the Apapa and Tincan Island port corridor in Lagos. We have also deployed access control and monitoring systems across more than 100 facilities in Lagos, including ports, FMCG plants, and manufacturing facilities.

TTP was incorporated in 2017, following research and stakeholder engagement beginning in 2013. The Ètò platform launched in 2021 and TTP has been in continuous, full-scale operation since.

TTP's clients span government agencies, port terminal operators, shipping lines, FMCG manufacturers, manufacturing companies, logistics and haulage firms, and state governments. Current and past clients include the NPA, Lagos State Government, Dangote (Greenview Development Company), Flour Mills of Nigeria, APMT, SIFAX Group, Nigerian Breweries, and JOSEPDAM Port Services.

Ètò is TTP's proprietary electronic truck call-up platform. It manages the scheduling, sequencing, and movement of freight trucks across a connected network of parks, terminals, ports, and private facilities. Truck operators use the Ètò app or web portal to book port access windows, make payments, and receive call-up notifications.

Download the Ètò app or visit eto.ttp.com.ng. Create an account, fund your wallet via Interswitch DirectFund, select your destination terminal or facility, and book your access window. You will receive a QR-coded ticket verified electronically at the access point.

Since its launch in 2021, Ètò has maintained 100% system uptime; including during periods of environmental disruption to physical barriers and radio links.

Ètò is integrated with the CBN and Nigeria Customs' NXP system, enabling export truck inspections and payments outside the port corridor. TTP has also joined Nigeria's National Single Window platform.

TTP offers: access control system design, installation, and maintenance; CCTV and radio network deployment; truck park and transit hub development and management; operational visibility dashboards; mobility consulting and logistics system design; and PPP infrastructure delivery. These can be engaged individually or as an integrated ecosystem.

Yes. TTP has deployed at FMCG manufacturers and manufacturing companies with significant operational improvements. Flour Mills of Nigeria and Dangote's Greenview Development Company are among TTP's private sector clients.

Yes. TTP offers full development services, from feasibility and site assessment through design, technology integration, civil works coordination, and ongoing operational management. We also provide upgrade consulting for existing parks.

Yes. TTP's consulting practice has engaged federal agencies, state governments, and trade associations on truck mobility design, logistics hub planning, traffic management frameworks, and freight corridor strategy.

Lilypond Truck Park primarily serves trucks that are registered and active on the Ètò platform, providing a structured system for managing access to the port corridor. In addition, Lilypond Truck Park is available to logistics fleet companies and FMCG operators seeking dedicated parking for trucks or truck heads. Before Ètò, truck drivers waited 2–3 weeks for a single port access — controlled informally through extortion and physical queuing. Ètò replaced that with electronic scheduling: book a slot, stage at the designated park, receive your call-up, and gain access at the time you were told. In the words of one driver: 'Before Ètò, a week could pass without port access. Now, it's smooth sailing.'
