The Ètò eCallUp System is a digital platform developed by TTP for scheduling and managing access to designated ports and parks across Nigeria. It facilitates truck movement, identity verification, park management, and terminal coordination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use this system.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Ètò system, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

5. System Access and Availability

TTP strives to ensure the system remains operational 24/7. However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Ètò system remain the exclusive property of TTP.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the system is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how TTP collects, uses, and protects personal data.

8. Termination

TTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Ètò system for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TTP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Ètò system.
